We’re the AcroDance troupe in St. Louis, MO.

If you want our whole story... We’re a group of close friends that have infused AcroYoga therapeutic stretches (which kinda look like circus stunts) with our love for belly dance, fire spinning and organic movement.

We’re new. FRESH. And we’re just starting to help our neighbors in St. Louis stretch to limitless possibilities.

t We perform at festivals, schools, community events, concerts, theater performances, weddings, local venues, private parties, film festivals... we’re open to an event not on the list.

t We host workshops in Partner Yoga, Thai massage, and fire spinning.

t We teach private lessons in Partner Yoga, Thai Massage, fire spinning, and organic movement.

t Not to mention, we also host Goddess parties, which is all that it sounds like.
